Bizau ski resort has a lovely local ski area, accessed from a car park outside the village, with long ski runs for all abilities, making this an ideal family resort. If you'd like more skiing, it is also on the '3 Valley Superpass', taking in 103 lifts in the region.
This small village does not offer much to the non skier though. Bizau ski resort is quiet, with apres ski in any of the six pubs with the locals.
